NetBee

The NetBee Controller is the ultimate control solution for documentation-capable tools and, depending on the configuration, is completely independent of the device brand, offering reliable data backup and analysis at the same time. Specifically designed for the most demanding industrial applications, this controller combines reliability, ease of use and advanced functionality in one device.

  • Multi-brand support: Depending on the version, the NetBee Controller is not only suitable for HS-Technik products such as TorqBee, RivBee, NutBee and WrenchBee, but can also control documentation-capable, programmable tools from other manufacturers.

  • Six workstations, several tools, one controller: Control up to 12 WLAN-enabled screwdriving and riveting tools simultaneously and connect up to 6 workstations to one controller.

  • Workflow management in 2 operating modes: Safeguarding the entire work process using the controller and the socket selector ensures that all connected tools are used efficiently and without errors.

    • Work guidance
      The controller specifies the process step. The tool attachment to be used is displayed by LED on the socket/bit selector. The tool is only released when the correct tool attachment is removed.

    • Bitmode
      The operator can decide for themselves which process step is to be processed. When a tool attachment is removed, the corresponding program is started by the controller.
  • Data storage and fail-safe: All data is securely stored on the controller and can be retrieved even after an IT system failure. Save up to 100,000 results and 100,000 curves directly in the controller.

  • Simple programming: All connected tools can be programmed via the controller. Thanks to the web interface, programming and visualization are particularly user-friendly.

  • User-friendly design: The NetBee Controller has a large 7" color touch display that enables clear and intuitive operation. The many interfaces enable seamless integration into your production IT system.

BTC tool controller

Specially developed for all programmable products from the HS-Technik portfolio, the BTC tool controller enables seamless communication with the tool controller and efficient evaluation and backup of production data.

  • Universal control: The BTC tool controller is suitable for all cordless tools from HS-Technik such as TorqBee, RivBee, PowerRiv and NutBee.

  • Multiple tools, one controller: The controller enables the simultaneous management of up to 20 WLAN-capable screwdriving and riveting tools at one workstation. This guarantees that the correct material is applied with the correct parameters and prevents incorrect assembly through strict monitoring.

  • Workflow management in 2 operating modes: Safeguarding the entire work process with the help of the controller and the Socket and bit selectors ensures that all connected tools are used efficiently and without errors.
