High Torque (HT) screwdrivers are mainly used in industry for tasks where high torques are required. These battery-powered tools are ideal for use in areas such as heavy engineering, the automotive industry, wind turbines and the aviation industry, where precise and strong tightening of large screws and bolts is essential.

Our TorqBee-HT series includes the two programmable cordless screwdrivers "EC" and "ECO" with torque multiplier for high torques. It includes programmable cordless screwdrivers with high torques and a torque reaction sensor. They can be programmed via USB, offer six programming levels and allow parameters such as torque and rotation angle to be set.
The devices have features such as a handle vibration alarm, OLED display and intelligent battery management. They store up to 100 programs and document tightening results with date and time. Barcode scanners and WLAN are optionally available.

How do I access the TorqBee setup menu to activate manual mode?
Press and hold the yellow button or remove the batteries. Also hold down the start button while pushing it up.
How do I adjust the counterholder on the HT series?
Loosen and remove the torsion spring, then remove the counterholder and replace it on the multi-tooth in the desired direction, not forgetting the torsion spring.
Can the operator change the programs of the screwdriving tools independently?
Yes, the programs can be changed via the display. Alternatively, by scanning a program code (barcode reader required). If you have any questions, please contact us at any time - our support team will be happy to help you.
Are the screwdriving tools really made in Germany?
Yes, our tools are developed and produced at our site in Efringen-Kirchen. Electronics, software and mechanics are developed in-house.
Are the screwdriving tools converted Makita tools?
The beginnings of HS-Technik GmbH were actually based on converted Makita tools. Today, our tools are developed in-house and are 100% HS-Technik products.
Are the batteries from Makita or can Makita batteries be used?
Our batteries are manufactured according to our specifications and high requirements and are HS-Technik products. Due to our beginnings with Makita, selected Makita batteries can still be used on our tools.
Do the screwdriving tools have a built-in scanner?
Yes, scanners can be optionally integrated into the base of our tools (except for the Light series).
How strong or resilient are the screwdriving tools?
Our tools have undergone rigorous testing to determine their fatigue and breaking strength. The mechanical strength is certified in accordance with EN 62841-1:2015. In addition, our tools have been used successfully in the heavy industry for decades.
Are the screwdriving tools resistant to liquids?
Our tools have cooling slots to maintain the optimum tool temperature during operation. The housings are also resistant to many oils and greases. If you have any further questions, we will be happy to help you.
How long are the delivery times?
We are proud to report that, following the pandemic and the global supply bottlenecks, we were able to reduce our delivery times to our former standard of 6 to 8 weeks and are therefore significantly faster than our competitors.
Are machine capability tests (MFU) also possible at the customer's premises?
Yes, our tools can be tested by the customer themselves. We offer the appropriate testing equipment for this purpose. We can also provide on-site support as a service. Please contact us for a corresponding offer.
If the screwdriving tool breaks, who can repair it?
We carry out the repairs at our premises in Efringen-Kirchen. We also have qualified local partners who can support you at any time. Simply contact us and we will find the best solution.
How long does it take to repair a screwdriving tool?
The repair time varies depending on component availability, customer acceptance of the cost estimate and RMA form registration. Under optimal conditions, a repair is possible in 5 working days, but it usually takes up to 2 weeks, whereby complexity and external factors can influence the time. Please also enquire about our maintenance contracts. With an agreed fixed amount per tool type, we can get started as soon as we receive the tools at our service center. For minimum throughput times and maximum customer satisfaction with predictable costs!
