Tasks
- Development and optimization of embedded hardware for industrial tools
- Analysis of internal and external product requirements and implementation of requirements in architecture and design documents
- Responsibility for circuit development, EMC optimization and layout creation in Altium Designer
- Implementation and evaluation of tests and analyses during development
- Creation of documentation to accompany development (e.g. design FMEAs, initial sample test instructions, requirement and functional specifications)
- Support for new products until they are ready for series production
- Analysis of defective assemblies in series products for design optimization
Requirements
- Completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology and electronic measurement technology
- Several years of experience in EMC-compliant design of electronic assemblies an advantage
- Good user knowledge of simulation and ECAD tools, especially Altium Designer
- Experience in dealing with and interpreting norms and standards is an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
