Repair

Reliable repair instead of expensive replacement – After a quick repair, the machine and production can continue quickly. It is not always necessary to replace defective drives and controls or wear parts.

48 hours after the arrival of your defective machine, it is usually on its way back to you. We have spare parts for all common machines in stock, which allows us to offer you a very short turnaround time.

On-site service with our service mobile

In case of large repair, maintenance or update actions, our service mobile will gladly come directly to you and do everything on site.

This service quality and reliability is also appreciated by our partners. For example, the repair workshop of HS-Technik GmbH was certified as an official HIOS repair center for HIOS tools in Europe as early as 2010.

In order to repair your device as quickly as possible, we need the following information:

RMA form

In order to process your repair as quickly as possible, please fill out this form completely and send it to us before sending in the repair.

It is especially important to send us a detailed error description, preferably with a picture or video. Please avoid error descriptions like “defective” or “no function”.

A separate form must be created for each tool. You will then receive an RMA number from us.

FAQ

TorqBee

Press and hold the yellow button or take the batteries down. Also, hold down the start button while sliding it on.

Loosen and remove the torsion spring, then remove the counterholder and put it back on the multi-tooth in the desired direction, do not forget the torsion spring.

NutBee

Put the tool into setup mode by pressing the yellow button and switching to the “Program” menu item. Confirm this by pressing the start button. Then set the required force and confirm again with the start button. Finally exit the setup mode.

RivBee

Remove the large union nut, take off the draw sleeve, dismantle the old mouthpiece and mount the new one. Then put on the draw sleeve and mount the large union nut.

Remove the large union nut, remove the draw sleeve, pull the bayonet catch towards the tool and dismantle the jaw housing. Remove the clamping jaws from the housing and replace them. Please make sure to lubricate the new jaws and insert them into jaw housing, as well as reinsert the slider and spring and install the bayonet catch. Finally, fit the draw sleeve and install the large union nut.

First remove the large union nut and take off the draw sleeve. Then dismantle the draw unit with an open-end wrench SW14 and exchange it for the desired length. Finally, mount the new tension unit, attach the tension sleeve and mount the large union nut.

Please download driver from website, open device manager on end device (administrator rights required), mark unidentifiable USB device, right click to search for current drivers (administrator rights required), select driver from download, restart end device if necessary.

Service/ MCT

Please fill out our RMA/ Service form and send the tool to: HS-Technik GmbH, Im Martelacker 12, 79588 Efringen-Kirchen.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacement or exchange tools. An emergency strategy in case of tool failure or service must be defined by the user.

The duration depends on the current workload of our service department.
