To ensure that you can rely on our tightening tools one hundred percent, they are subject to strict quality control. tightening tools are subjected to an MFU (machine capability test) in accordance with VDI 2645 Sheet 2. We carry out this test on every tool before it leaves our factory. The measuring equipment we use for this is also DAkkS-calibrated. In this way, we guarantee you the highest accuracy and quality.

The repair time varies depending on component availability, customer acceptance of the quotation and RMA form submission. Under optimal conditions, a repair is possible in 5 working days, but it usually takes up to 2 weeks, whereby complexity and external factors can influence the time.
