MFU: For certified safety and quality of our screwdriving tools

To ensure that you can rely on our tightening tools one hundred percent, they are subject to strict quality control. tightening tools are subjected to an MFU (machine capability test) in accordance with VDI 2645 Sheet 2. We carry out this test on every tool before it leaves our factory. The measuring equipment we use for this is also DAkkS-calibrated. In this way, we guarantee you the highest accuracy and quality.

Yes, scanners can be optionally integrated into the base of our tools (except for the Light series).
Our tools have undergone rigorous testing to test their fatigue and breaking strength. The mechanical strength is certified in accordance with EN 62841-1:2015. In addition, our tools have been used successfully in the heavy industry for decades.

We carry out repairs at our premises in Efringen-Kirchen. We also have qualified local partners who can support you at any time. Simply contact us and we will find the best solution.
The repair time varies depending on component availability, customer acceptance of the quotation and RMA form submission. Under optimal conditions, a repair is possible in 5 working days, but it usually takes up to 2 weeks, whereby complexity and external factors can influence the time. Please also enquire about our maintenance contracts. With an agreed fixed amount per tool type, we can get started as soon as we receive the tools at our service center. For minimum throughput times and maximum customer satisfaction with predictable costs!
