Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the location
- Operational management including personnel management and budget control
- Control and further development of production processes, including process optimization and efficiency enhancement
- Documentation, analysis and continuous improvement of existing processes
- Ensuring smooth production in compliance with all quality and safety standards
- Development and implementation of quality management
- Management, motivation and further development of the existing team
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and an effective flow of information
Requirements
- Completed technical or business training or studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable)
- Several years of experience in a managerial role in production, ideally with site responsibility
- Strong communication skills and experience in leading teams
- Ability to analyze, document and optimize processes in a structured manner
- High level of initiative, solution-oriented way of working and strong hands-on mentality
- Interest in innovative technologies and willingness to play an active role in shaping production

Your tasks
Assembly of mechatronic systems
