Regular machine capability tests allow you to maintain the accuracy
of your tools and detect possible deviations at an early stage.
Our quality department uses DAkkS-calibrated
test benches for tool testing so that they meet the required standards (DAkkS calibration)
. The test results are made available to you for your documentation at

Measuring equipment is subject to calibration. All measuring equipment sent to us is calibrated
in a DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory.

Our offer for testing and calibration
In order to guarantee short processing times for your test specimens, we require the following information
:
- Product name
- Purchase date
- Error description
- MFU or Mark-10 form
In order to process your request for a service or MFU as quickly as possible, please fill out this form completely and send it to us before sending in the tool.
A separate form must be created for each tool. Please complete this form in full and send it to: repaircenter@hs-technik.com. You will then receive an RMA number from us, which you must enclose with the tool so that we can assign it correctly.
Please note: Defective batteries may not be returned and must be disposed of by the customer.
