Testing & calibration of your HST tools
Regular machine capability tests allow you to maintain the accuracy
of your tools and detect possible deviations at an early stage.
Our quality department uses DAkkS-calibrated
test benches for tool testing so that they meet the required standards (DAkkS calibration)
. The test results are made available to you for your documentation at

Measuring equipment is subject to calibration. All measuring equipment sent to us is calibrated
in a DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory.

Our offer for testing and calibration
In order to guarantee short processing times for your test specimens, we require the following information:
- Product name
- Purchase date
- Error description
- MFU form
In order to process your request for a service or MFU as quickly as possible, please fill out this form completely and send it to us before sending in the tool.
A separate form must be created for each tool. Please complete this form in full and send it to: repaircenter@hst.group. You will then receive an RMA number from us, which you must enclose with the tool so that we can assign it correctly.
Please note: Defective batteries may not be returned and must be disposed of by the customer.
